*Please note that you must have access to a gym as I am not offering home options at this time*
What is included?
- 8 or 12 week customised training program (8 week option will be split into 2x 4 week training blocks. 12 week option will be split into 3x 4 week training blocks).
- Personalised meal plan with calories and macro's
- Fortnightly check-ins with me to help keep you on track with your goals
- Continuous communication and support from me in the app
- Full access to the app with training videos, resources, training, workout library, recipe library and progress/habit tracking
How to get started:
1. Once you purchase your program you will be sent an email within 24 hours to sign up and create an account in the app (make sure you check your junk emails too)
2. Once you have created an account and have access to the app, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire and 2 other tasks. Please fill these out at your earliest convenience so I can begin creating your plans.
3. As your training and meal plans are tailored, please allow 1-3 business days after completing the questionnaire to receive your training program and meal plan.
4. Week 1 of your coaching period will officially commence from the following Monday, after you have received your programs.
