RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on www.fromwithinfitness.com if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must be clean, unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with all applicable tags.
  • Items must be sent back with the return reference number.

We will inspect your item/s and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the item/s back to you.

You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost.

We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.

We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. Please add tracking and keep a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

EXCHANGE

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a full price item purchased from www.ericaransfieldfitness.com, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange equal to the value paid for the item/s.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email fromwithinfitness.nz@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the fault so we can proceed with what to do next. You will be issued either a refund or the option to exchange an item of equal value. Any faults that occur after 3 months for clothing will not be accepted.

MUGS

Any faults for the mugs that didn't occur during transit/courier delivery to you will not be accepted. We will only accept faults that were related to courier/delivery within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered to you. That is why it is important for you to inspect the mug/s as soon as they arrive for any damage and please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving your order. Please email fromwithinfitness.nz@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the fault so we can proceed with what to do next. Due to the very limited amount of stock we have, we may not be able to replace your mug/s but we will do our best to resolve the issue as best we can.

 

REFUNDS:

We only offer refunds on Full Priced items, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items. We will not refund for change of mind.
